This was a marvellous location just next door to the adjoining Italian restaurant, and the beach promenade. I ate in the attached restaurant nearby.

Every visit to Felpham we like to stay here. We think it's an interesting place for staying in Felpham. The downstairs bar is nice.

My perfect and comfy room came with a shower, a large double bed and the bath. The staff were fabulous and amazing, directed me to the tourist sites in Felpham.
My bed was broken.

The location was exceptionally nice, around 10-15 minutes walk from St Mary's Church.

We were in a marvellous location very close to the Fino Rooms restaurant, beach and Tesco express. Also, it was not very far from St Mary's Church.
Beds were very uncomfortable in this place.

Thank you for a very lovely stay. Everything is perfectly fine, truly enjoyed my time here. The units are well furnished for my needs. The rate is £ 83, satisfied. The location is exceptionally nice, and the staff is delightfully helpful and efficient. Also it is adjacent to the restaurant and the coast or nearby attractions.

All in all, it was nice comfy base for travelling to Felpham. The room I stayed in was immaculate and absolutely perfect and complete with a shower, a large double bed, as example. The restaurant was great and offered amazing dishes. You guys made my stay really comfortable!

They gave us tidy and immaculate room for our needs. Location: the hotel was not far from the Fino Rooms restaurant as well as the coast.
There was a very narrow bed.
